Join us for a powerful 8 week program carefully designed to yield maximum strength, flexibility, grace of movement, and peace of mind. The session will begin with intensive work on the powerful and life-transforming fundamentals of standing postures, and progress through all major categories of postures– seated postures, abdominal and lumbar, twistings and backbends–as well as forays into restorative yoga and pranayama.
